Our Showroom

Click for full view. Our showroom is a 2,100 square foot area with displays to help assist customers with their fixture and faucet needs. There are seven actual bathroom displays that are decorated in different styles. We have a wide variety of faucets on display in several different styles and finishes. In the kitchen area, the display includes sinks of different materials and colors. We also have an ADA shower unit on display. Our showroom staff is trained in each vendor's product and willing to answer any questions you might have concerning your upcoming remodel job or new construction project. The showroom is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments are encouraged, but not required. Below you will get an introduction to the vendors that are on display in our showroom. The introduction will include a brief history on their company and some of the products that they manufacture.

American Standard

American Standard was formed following the merger of the American Radiator Company and the Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Company. They changed their name to "American Standard" in 1967 to reflect the company's familiar plumbing products brand name. Standard Sanitary was formed in 1899 in a merger of several companies manufacturing enameled cast iron sanitary ware. Standard Sanitary pioneered many of the plumbing product improvements introduced in the early part of the past century including the one piece toilet, built-in tubs, combination faucets (which mix hot and cold water to deliver tempered water) and tarnish-proof, corrosion-proof chrome finishes for brass fittings. American Standard fixtures include acrylic whirlpools and tubs; vitreous china toilets, lavatory sinks and bidets; Americast bathtubs, lavatory sinks and kitchen sinks; and corian vanity tops, drop-in lavatory sinks and kitchen sinks. American Standard faucets feature ceramic disc valving and come in a variety of finishes. They also can custom build a shower system with multiple body sprays, hand held showers and diverter valves.

Maax

Maax initially was founded under the name of Modern Fiberglass Inc. in 1969. Their corporate office is located in Sainte-Marie de Beauce, Quebec, Canada. In 1973, the founder successfully diversified the company into the production of fiberglass bathtubs and showers. In 1986, a new assembly plant called Acrylica was built to produce bathtubs equipped with whirlpool and air massage systems, as well as showers and tubs showers. In 1987, the name "MAAX" was coined by combining the first letter of the plants Modern, Archimede and Acrylica-with the final X being added to represent the anticipated growth of the business. The company's mission was defined: "To design, develop, manufacture and distribute quality bathroom fixtures." Maax manufactures acrylic and fiberglass tubs, showers, tub/showers and whirlpools. Their whirlpools feature the choice of two systems: Relieve stress where it accumulates most with the Hydromax whirlpool massage system or experience the exhilaration of an Aeromax air massage system. Other options available are Backmax (the massage for your back), Footmax (the massage for your feet) or combine the Hydromax and Aeromax systems on one unit. Maax also carries enclosures to fit their units.

Swan

Swan started in 1964 by creating innovative and affordable solid surface products and materials for customers all over the world. In 1984, they introduced Swanstone with a line of vanity tops and bowls. Swanstone is a reinforced solid surface material that is stronger and more durable than other solid surface materials, yet economically priced. Swanstone quickly became known for its superior impact strength, heat resistance, and ability to resist scratches and stains. The Swan Corporation manufactures quality products for the kitchen and bath, including kitchen sinks, vanity tops and bowls, tub walls, shower walls and shower bases. They also manufacture kitchen, bath and utility products in high-gloss fiberglass, swan tile and formed plastic.

Alumax Bath Enclosures

Alumax Bath Enclosures, a product of Alcoa, is the largest producer of shower and tub enclosures in the United States. Their products include a complete line a bypass doors, pivot doors, hinge doors, steam units and heavy glass unit doors. They also produce both standard and custom units in a variety of finishes. Alcoa is located in Magnolia, Arkansas. The Alcoa facility has been producing high quality aluminum products since 1949. They have eight service centers nationwide.

Moen

Moen is based in North Olmsted, Ohio. They are one of the largest manufactures of plumbing products. In addition to faucets, they also manufacture kitchen sinks and plumbing repair specialty products. Originally Moen was part of Ravenna Metal Products of Seattle, Washington. Ravenna and Moen Brand became part of Stanadyne, Inc. in 1956. Stanadyne was acquired in 1988 by Forstmann-Little and Company, a leveraged buyout investment group. In 1989, Moen was given the status of an independent company, renamed Moen Incorporated and operated independently until its 1990 purchase by Master Brand Industries, Inc., an operating company of American Brands. American Brands became Fortune Brands Home & Office Products Group. Moen Incorporated-a company with a proud past, but with an eye on style and innovations for tomorrow.

Elkay

In 1920, in a small 2,100 square foot building on Chicago's north side, two men began their vision of providing a product to the consumer. Within a few years, Elkay became the leading manufacturer of butler's pantry sinks made of German silver and polished copper and scullery sinks made of galvanized steel. Many of Elkay's innovations have become industry standards: the corner sink, three-bowl sink, sit-down sink for the handicapped, extra-capacity sinks and the pop-up drain. Elkay also manufactures a full line of lead-free pressure water coolers and faucets.

In-Sink-Erator

In 1927, John W. Hammes, a young entrepreneur in Racine, Wisconsin invented the world's first food waste disposer. Hammes invested eleven years perfecting his design. By 1938, he not only built a brand, he built a company. The company manufacturers millions of food waste disposers in various sizes and capacities annually. In-Sink-Erator is a division of Emerson Electric and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.

Franklin Brass

Two entrepreneurs, who initially manufactured specialty-plumbing items, including a bathroom accessory line founded Franklin Brass in 1946. In 1965, they had expanded their product line to include specialty lines for the hotel/motel trade and decorative lines for custom homes and apartments. With the addition of Décor bathware for the consumer market, Franklin Brass became the fastest growing manufacturer of bath accessories. The safety first collection of bath safety products was introduced to offer assistance to children, the elderly, injured, physically challenged and safety conscious individuals. All products are designed, developed and manufactured in the United States. A manufacturing facility and distribution center is located in Rancho Dominguez, California. There are also distribution centers located in Fairfield, New Jersey and Memphis, Tennessee.

ThermaSol

In 1958, Thermasol began manufacturing steam bath generators. You can convert your existing shower/tub enclosure into a steam room. Thermasol's corporate office is headquartered in Simi Valley, California. Their steam generators are equipped with split tank technology that helps to limit calcification buildup. With Thermasol steam generators there are no steam lags or bursts, just constant relaxing steam.

Delta Faucet

Delta Faucet is an Indiana based company that was founded by Masco Corporation in 1955. Delta faucets combine award-winning designs and consumer-preferred features with uncompromising quality. The company also offers the broadest line of commercial and institutional faucets in the industry.

CSI Bath Furnishings

A recognized industry leader in bath furnishings for over 40 years. Donner makes coordinated baths accessories possible and affordable. The combination of style, service and value is the essence of the complete line of Donner bath accessories. Donner is a division of Moen Incorporated.

Sterling

Sterling adds an important dimension to Kohler's ability in bringing leading edge products to all segments of the marketplace. Their corporate office is located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Sterling supplies its customers with Vikrell and vitreous china fixtures, bath and shower doors, faucets and stainless steel sinks. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Searcy, Malvern and Sheridan, Arkansas; Huntsville, Alabama; Union City, Tennessee and Monterrey, Mexico. In 1984, Sterling Faucet Company joined the Kohler family. The Sterling Plumbing Group Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation joined Sterling Faucet and the Kohler family of business in 1987. In 1988, U.S.G. Kinkead Division joins the Kohler family to broaden Sterling Plumbing Group's role as a supplier of plumbing products. Sterling Plumbing Group became the third largest full line plumbing manufacturer in the United States in 1993.

Alsons

In 1958, Andrew Leutheuser's had a single product and a vision to bring a hand shower into every home in America. In 1985, Alsons acquired Mixet Corporation, a regional manufacturer of tub and shower valves, whose history dates back to 1946. In 1987, Alson's itself was acquired by Masco Corporation. With the construction in June 1999 of the new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hillsdaly, Michigan; Alsons commitment to serving its customers took a giant step forward. Alson's corporation provides a variety of shower heads and hand shower units.

Porcher

Porcher is a branch of American Standard. They make European styled fixtures in a variety of styles. They also feature hand painted lavatories. If you are looking for style and elegance, Porcher can fit almost any need.
